Drawing Pad: Use this app to draw, save, and email pictures. ($1.99)
Draw for iPad: This app allows you to take handwritten notes and sketch. Works better with a stylus. (Free)
Draw Free for iPad: Use this app to sketch and doodle. (Free)

Animal Creator: Create thousands of creative animals using pieces from an extensive library. ($0.99)
Pages: Word processor for iPad ($9.99)
Screencasts
ShowMe: This app allows you to record screencasts of your iPad. Use the whiteboard or import images. Works best with a stylus when writing or drawing. Once a screencast is recorded, it is uploaded to the ShowMe website and rendered into a video format that can be downloaded or viewed online. The site offers a library of education iPad screencasts, (Free)
You can use several pre-installed apps with ShowMe. They include Camera, Photo Booth, and Photos.

iMovie: Use this app to combine video, photos, music, and sound effects to make a movie right on your iPad. ($4.99)
